Delivery times are calculated from the date of approval by the credit card company or PayPal.

Payment Methods

Product Delivery

Delivery will only take place after SOLERA receives payment approval from the credit card company or PayPal.

If there are any issues with delivery, SOLERA will inform the user to find an alternative solution.
The shipping fees will be displayed at the end of the order process. In some cases, free shipping will apply.

Order Cancellations by the User

The user may cancel a transaction according to the Consumer Protection Law.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to solera@solera.shop.
If the cancellation is due to a defect or discrepancy, no cancellation fees will be charged. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, will apply.
Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received by SOLERA in its original packaging and condition.

Order Cancellations by SOLERA

SOLERA reserves the right to cancel or halt a sale at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, the user will be notified, and any charges will be refunded.
If a product is out of stock, SOLERA may cancel the order or offer a similar replacement product. The user may accept the replacement or request a refund.
