Returns & Exchanges

you can return or exchanges any used item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it's in its original packaging and condition. 

however, if you ordered the wrong item, the return shipping cost is on you.

Refunds & Cancellations

refund will be issued through your original payment method. 

if the return isn't due to a defect 5% of the total amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower to cover the processing fees. 

we'll process the refund once we've received and checked the returned item.

custom-made or personalized jewelry is non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.
